DISTRICT 6920
YOUTH PROGRAMS
Exchange years, college scholars, leadership camps, and school clubs — the next generation of People of Action from Savannah to Valdosta.
GROW THE NEXT GENERATION
Every youth program in this District starts with a local club. Families do not apply to a website. They meet a Rotarian who will sponsor, host, or coach.
Pick the door that fits: a year abroad, a semester in Georgia, a weekend camp, or a club at school.

ROTARY YOUTH EXCHANGE
STUDY ABROAD. COME HOME CHANGED.
High school students ages 15–18 live with Rotary host families and attend school abroad for an academic year through Rotary Youth Exchange Southeast (RYESE). District 6920 students have gone to Japan, Belgium, Brazil, Spain, Italy, Germany, and more.
Applications open August 15. Estimated 2026–27 cost is about $6,000. Start with a local club, then write Dana Park, District Youth Exchange Chair — dpark@ryese.org.
SINCE 1946
GEORGIA ROTARY STUDENT PROGRAM
GRSP brings international college students to Georgia campuses and sends Georgia students into the world. Clubs host, mentor, and raise the scholarship.
GRSP Conclave is August 21–23, 2026 in Savannah — the weekend the District meets the current class.
Conclave 2026
August 21–23 · Savannah
Meet scholars, host families, and the clubs that made the year possible.
RYLA
Rotary Youth Leadership Awards. A camp where high school students practice leading, not listening to speeches.
Interact
Service clubs in high schools, sponsored by a Rotary club that shows up.
Rotaract
Young professionals and campus clubs. Same Four-Way Test, earlier in the career.

CLASSROOM PARTNERSHIP
LAWS OF LIFE
Georgia’s values essay contest. Clubs partner with schools. More than 33,000 students take part statewide. This is how a club gets inside a classroom without a sales pitch.
